Synchronise tumblr and WordPress?

  I am totally new to WordPress, so forgive me if I’m asking a dumb question.

  It took a long time but finally my tumblr blog got imported into WordPress.

  I intend to keep using my tumblr, though, so now I would like to know if there is a way to synchronise the two, so that a post or reblog that I do in tumblr automatically appears on my WordPress blog too?

  Or is there a way to regularly do new imports to get posts on my WordPress blog that I did in the meantime on tumblr?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
