synchronize the staging environment

Hi,
I’m ready to push a staging site to production. However, I’m receiving an error message of ‘we couldn’t synchronize the staging environment’ and so the option to push isn’t available. I’ve selected the ‘try again’ a couple times but not making progress. Please advise.

Hey there,
It looks like your account is not the owner of the site, and you only have access to the staging site. Please have the site owner update the production site or ask to be added as an admin to the production site so you have access to both. Once you have access to both, please try synchronizing again, and let us know if you are still having any issues.
