Syncing custom database table with Mailchimp

    Hi guys,

I am currently working on a website for which the client is requesting that the mailchimp account be synced up with the users for the site. Now this sounds simple enough but the problem is, this is a site I have took over from someone who has left the company now and the users for the site have been set up with a custom table on the backend called eng_users, the users can be managed on the left sidebar of the admin panel similar to WP Users.

I know there is a plugin out there that can sync WP Users to the mailchimp lists which would be great – only this sites users are manager by the eng_users table, not the wp_users table.

I wonder if someone could possibly help me out here please? :)
Just to summarise, I am looking to sync up the custom user table (eng_users) with the mailchimp lists.

    Many thanks!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi @variax20,

I presume by your comment that you’re not referring to the website linked at the end of it – instead the website you’re talking about looks like a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem as this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com.

The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
If you don’t have a username at that forum, you’ll need to register before posting. For more information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, visit: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I hope this is useful to you :) Cheers!
