Syncing draft post from Android app to desktop site

    Hello, I’ve experienced a complication when writing a post on my phone via WordPress’ Android app. If I come onto my desktop to finish the post and add a featured image, the draft does not appear as a draft blog post. Even when I go into the app’s settings and change the status of the post to draft and click ‘update,’ the draft will not appear on the desktop. I have to actually publish the post from my phone and then edit it on my desktop. Is there a way to work more seamlessly between my phone and my computer without publishing an unfinished post?

    From my own experience you do need to be connected to the internet for the local draft of the post on your phone to be uploaded to the website.

    If you are connected and are still experiencing this problem, I’d suggest first looking at the FAQ here https://apps.wordpress.com/support/#faq-android and if you don’t find an answer, then posting it in the Android app forum https://android.forums.wordpress.org/ They use the ORG log in so if you don’t have an account on WordPress.ORG, you can register one on that page.
