Syndicated views – in stats

I just realized that you can see the number of syndicated views that your post received by clicking on the little graph next to the name of a post on the stats page.

Does anyone know what is included in this?

E.g. I assume it might include things like:
    – People viewing a post through their news reader, iGoogle, etc.
    – People viewing a post through tag surfer on WordPress
    – People viewing the post on other sites such as Technorati, alphainventions.com, etc.

    Thanks!

No, it only includes people reading via RSS. They could be reading via RSS via Technorati, as well as their normal RSS readers like Googlereader, etc, but not WP.com Tag Surfer as far as I know.
