Syndication of my blog

  Yesterday I received notification that re-posted one of my blogs which used the tag travel. If you look at their site, in the copyright tab, they indicate that because of syndication they can take my content and use it. Could you please clear this up for me? I have a copyright notification on my sidebar which indicates that anyone wishing to use my content needs my express written permission.

  How can I stop others from using my content without my express permission?
