Syntax error

  I have had an account with WordPress for a while and while i was doing an update on my web cite, i encounter this error:
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/15/59/7235915/web/wp-content/themes/raindrops/functions.php on line 13763
  what should i do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
