Hi there,
This was a bug in the latest Jetpack release. It’s already been fixed, but you’ll need to manually delete and reinstall the plugin to apply it to your site:
- Log in to your site via FTP or File Manager
- Delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder in wp-content/plugins/jetpack.
- Download the previous stable version of Jetpack 6.2.1 – https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.6.2.1.zip
- Reinstall the plugin manually by following the instructions here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation
If that doesn’t work, please contact Jetpack support at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
