System bug. I need help

I want to create a new free blog with address m5sblog.wordpress.com that was available and suggested by the system during registration.
However registration got blocked with a technical error message in the step 2 and the site did not appear in “my site” in the dashboard.
I tried to do the registration again and the address was not suggested any more at step 2. It seemed unavailable but there was not a site at that address.
Then I wrote the address in the browser (m5sblog.wordpress.com) and there it said it is available and did another procedure to add it to my sites which said it was successful.
However now in the dashboard I go to “my site” and it says “Loading my sites…” and stays there forever. I can click on “add post” or “add page” but then appears a page “please select a site:” and the only option is a square gray up and white down. In the gray part there is only a dot (.) and the white part is empty and if I click on any part nothing happens.
It seems that there is a bug in your system and the creation of the site was broken at the middle. Can someone of the staff please fix it? Also delete the entire blog and then create it new and add it to my account is ok. Please!

And try visiting your ‘My Site’ page again?
It also looks like you’re running an outdated version of Firefox. Can you please update your version of Firefox to the latest (43) or try in another browser that is up to date:

Hi I tried to choose a different address and see if it works.
I still get the same error. I select free plan in step 3 and then system shows step 2 again and says:An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.
It really seems a bug in your system :(

I hope you don’t mind me jumping in to help. Can you tell me what error you’re getting?
Also, can you confirm whether you have the same error in a different browser?

I got another suggestion that if I add “wp-admin” to the end of the address of my blog I can manage it from there. Now this seems to work and I can use my blog from there. So probably there is a problem in the dashboard with my browser.

Okay, if you’d be willing to try the wordpress.com/post again and let us knwo what error you had there, that would be helpful too, but I’m glad wp-admin works for you in the meantime.
