System doesn't allow me to cancel and get Refund

  I am having trouble getting a refund right now on your website. Here are the steps I followed, and what happened:

  If you are unsure about canceling or have any questions about this purchase, please contact support.
  Contact Support
  What am I canceling?
  Domain Registration (nepantleras.com) for Nepantleras.
  Manage Domains

  Do I get a refund?
  Yes! You are canceling this purchase within the 2 day refund period. Once you confirm, your card will be refunded $18 USD. Learn more.

  So I clicked cancel and refund and the next page said…

  ‘This upgrade cannot be cancelled.’

  Please help! Thanks.
