System meltdown

I’ve been sent my annual payment reminder.
I want to change my bank details but for love nor money can I log in. Tells ne wordless out of date to re install but keeps mentioning jetpack something. Follow all the instructions, loops ne round to password reset, done, loops me back around then I seem to be logged in as reallysublime 7…… no idea wgo/what that is??
tried customer support, chat bot tells me I’m not a paying subscriber but I am so I can get no further. Everything just loops back round to something I’ve done and I still get nowhere.
I also have another page that I tried to close last year with no joy and they are still charging me, done all of tye above with that on a different device and still nothing is achieved and still no option to contact someone
what the he’ll is going on??

I did not create it, I selected password reset as I had no other options. I’ve not typed or selected sublime whatever
there is no transaction ID
the email says I will be charged in 30 day
I still can’t do anything and no access to customer service

again: you did create this account otherwise you wouldn’t be logged in to it.
You must have an transaction id as you have a paid plan for your site. That’s why you got that email in the first place.

I have checked again and again for good measure there is NO transaction id information on the email telling my renewal is in 30 days!
no need to repeat yourself when I’ve already answered the question/point
need someone who will actually help me without attitude

The transaction ID would be found on an old bank/credit card statement this time last year if a renewal is currently about to be processed.
