System Not Recognizing My Upgraded Purchase on Jan 21, 2024

Hello, I created a new site on January 21, 2024 for Planner Pat Printables. At the time, I upgraded to the starter yearly plan for $96. My credit card was charged the $96 and I received an email saying my domain was ready. I have screenshots for these. Now, when I log in, its still showing I am on the free plan. Since I couldn’t contain live chat with a free account, I upgraded to the starter plan to actually talk to someone. I am frustated to be ‘trapped’ with no help after paying for my upgrade.

I see the Starter Plan under your account, but it is set up as a monthly plan, not an annual plan. But, it is connected and active under your account from what I see on my end:
So, you should’ve only been charged $9 for the subscription, not $96.
