    its not recognizing the s3ecurity code on the credit card CVV when I know the security code is correct

    Hi there, we don’t receive much information regarding what the problem might be, but it can still be worth checking over your card details to ensure they’re correct.

    We do sometimes find that banks also flag a transaction if they’re not sure it’s definitely you trying to make the purchase – they’d be trying to protect you. It could be worth checking directly with your bank/card provider to ensure they’re not preventing you from making the purchase.
