System update & plugin issue

    Hi WP, pls clarify and help – someone told us all of our plugins will be gone/disactivated once we update the system? this is the situation, we found the “Preview Changes” is not working so would like to update the system and try try to see if it helps.

    Our website has many plugins, it would be a disaster if all of our designs & plugin settings gone. Would be very appreciated if you can go our website to review and help me out (pls ask our website address privately)

    pls clarify and help. and this is urgent.  I won’t use wordpress if this is the situation ever.
