Tabel calculation for visitors

  Dear Everyone,

  Since im not really sure what to call what im looking for, its kind of hard to search for it – i have tried though, and i came up with nothing.

  Im looking for a way to make a tabel within my wordpress blog, but the visitors should be able to enter some personal information, and from this my tabel will change showing them their personal values.

  I will be using it to make it possible for the visitors to check which mobile company they should choose, can anyone give me a hint?
  – I will also have to admit that im not really great at changing html, so if it was something based on excel for example that would be fantastic.
