Table Border

  Hey there, I always put tables on my blog but the border never apears. I use the right HTML code “<table width=”90%” border=”2″ cellspacing=”1″ cellpadding=”2″ bgcolor=”#FFFFFF”>” and while I am editing I click on “visual” and the border is there but when I publish it disapears.
  What can I do?
