Table formatting issues
-
I’m relatively new to wordpress – and I’ve read through most of the forum posts about tables and the issues with CSS styling in the various themes that effects the visual presentation of the tables – but I couldn’t find the issue I’m having.
I’m using the Fresh & Clean theme and I’m trying to get the image and the text to top align – but the theme seems to be pushing the content in the left column down no matter what I do. I don’t care about cell borders and visually I’m happy with what the theme is doing — if the content would just align symmetrically.

Thanks! That’s the goal.
I’m having a new browser related issue — same page. I fixed the code and it works great in Firefox on a mac/pc but in Safari on a mac/pc the image is displayed at something like 3px x 3px. Is this just a standard browser problem that we can’t work around or is there a code fix for this?

Again, thanks for your help.

For a quick fix, replace this:
<table width="100%">with this:
<table> <col style="width:45%;" /><col style="width:55%;" />
