Table: image at merged cell

I added an image to a merged table cell and it look really nice at the editor visual.
After I posted it, the image go out of it’s place and screw the table.
How to fix this?

We don’t really know what your idea of “nice” and “out of place” is. Assuming you mean horizontally as well as vertically centered inside its cell, change this:
<td style="text-align:center;"
to this:
<td style="text-align:center;vertical-align:middle;" -
