  Trying to get it all is the biggest mistake I see. There’s too much to get, all at once. Just start blogging, use teh Recent Post and Archives widget, and away you go. Fiddle with it later. You will NEVER get it all. You can’t let that stop you; you didn’t come here to become a techie, you came here to blog.
