Table of contents isn't visible?

    I’ve recently upgraded my site, and I’m having trouble with inserting a table. I looked up information about plugins, and I see that a table of contents plugin is supposed to be there but I can’t find it anywhere.

    Hi there – plugins aren’t available here on WordPress.com. Those are for self-hosted WordPress sites. You can make simple HTML tables, however, and many of our users like Windows Live Writer, which is an app that will create and insert simple HTML tables for you, among other things:

    You can also embed Excel or Google Docs spreadsheets, if you have a more complex table to include.
