  I would like to suggest adding Table of Contents Plus plugin to wordpress.com, because it is free and allows the blogger to make the page more readable and accessible to the viewers. That is because it indexes the content automatically just putting the right format on the sections wanted to appear in the table of contents.

  Agreed! We could really use a navigation menu to jump to certain posts.
