table of contents widget would be nice

    I have vast numbers of posts, and have stopped putting them in categories. I recently found several “table of contents” widgets, but they are not available to use on wordpress.com.
    Also, I switched my theme, and an existing widget to let people sign up for email notifications disappeared.
