  I want to create a table that is formatted well – the tables I have are all missing the top bar. It seems the tablepress plugin will fix my issue easily but loading the plugin without the plugin page is a real pain.

  You can also find online table generators. Offline editors like Windows Live Writer (free) will generate tables

  Also you can’t use Plugin’s here, security & reliability issues
