  If I upgrade from the Free plan to the monthly subscription Personal Plan would I be able to install the TablePress plugin?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Plugins can only be installed on the Business plan.

  My website is just a personal one and isn’t selling anything so I don’t need the Business Plan, but what I do need is to be able to create an Index or Table of Contents type of page where clicking on an item in the list will then take you to view the appropriate page.
  A bulleted or numbered list just isn’t working out and looks pathetic anyway, and as I can’t create a table using TablePress I wondered if there was another way to create the type of page I have in mind, and one which looks better than a bulleted/numbered list.
