Tables and formatting

  Hi all,

  I am a newbie on this forum. I posted a question, but the admin delted it. I’m not sure why. Let me know if I am posting in the wrong section!

  The formatting of tables in my sprots club blog is giving me a headache. The spacing will not remain constant. See:
  

  Is there an easy way for me to use tables to display information? I copied these ones across from word. If not, do you know have I can ensure the spacing remains constant from one line to the next?
