  If I use a table to format text within my blog, will I negatively impact SEO?

  I would disagree, but it’s a judgement call. What it will probably do if not EXTREMELY well-done is decrease the readability of your blog, which means it’s not as appealing to actual human beings. That will ultimately lower the number of incoming links to your blog, and thus negatively impact SEO.

  Oh, that’s totally fine. That’s well done. I was thinking more of some real disasters I’ve seen that evoke Geocities and Angelfire sites.
