  How can I get a table tool writer plug in for my blog?

  You can’t. Hosted at wordpress.com we can’t install plugins.

  Some of the web design applications (Dreamweaver for example) use a WYSIWYG design view that you can set up the table and then copy the underlying code and paste it into the WP write post window. Probably your best option.

  There are free web design apps with WYSIWYG but I don’t know what they are called as I never use them.
