  How to manage tabs ? How to create New Tab under Tab ?

  When you say Tabs, do you mean menu items like your Home, About, Contact menu items? You can create new Pages to be part of the menu items’ list, you can change the order of how they appear and you can have sub-menus (is that what you meant by “New Tab under Tab”?).

  I’m not clear on what you mean by “manage Albums under Tab”, but you can learn all about creating and managing menu items here.
