Tabs are showing as side by side and not drop down

  I created categories and in specific, “Reviews” to “appear” as tabs.

  I would like to have the 3 subcategories appear as a drop down. Right now, visitors have to hover and they don’t immediately see there are 3 categories under “Review.”

  1. Reviews: Restaurant | Food
  2. Reviews: Product | Service
  3. Reviews: Travel | Outings

  I played around with the tabs and had them originally as separate tabs, but then I got 2 lines of tabs (Home, Health | Wellness, Ask Me Anything, Reviews (3 of them), About Me.

  Does anyone have a suggestion on how to improve the appearance (are 2 lines of tabs too much)?

  Is it possible to make those 3 specific tabs into a drop down style?
