Tabs at the top to Display pages

I would like a theme that displays the Pages (by title) in tabs across the top. On the thumb nail preview many show these tabs. Then when I apply the theme my pages do NOT appear in that way. On others, the pages automatically show up once them theme is activated. Currently I am noticing this with the “Next Saturday” theme, which I’d love to use if I could activate this feature. Am I missing something? How do I activate this feature? (thank you!)
