Tabs at top of page

On my http://writersmarketus.wordpress.com/ website, I have five tabs at the top of the page. I’m trying to replicate that on my other website, http://edscapades.wordpress.com/, but only “Home” shows at the top. How can I make “Most Recent Blog”, “Blogs” and “Photos” appear as tabs at the top. Thank you.
