Tabs Being Used as Links

  Just wondering if it’s possible to have the tabs at the top of my blog act as links to external websites. For example, if I make a new tab titled “YouTube” is it possible to make it so when you click on the tab it will redirect you to my YouTube channel. I just think it will look and act much better than clicking on a tab, then clicking on an image or link on that blog page, and then being redirected to an external site. All help is appreciated!
