Tabs from Personalize are missing

    Hello! I updated the wordpress to 5.5 version then when I wanted to do some changes at Appearance->Customize I noticed that some tabs are missing (such as Header, Footer ,Personalized CSS and almost all of them, only 1 remaining). Somebody have an idea? Thank you!

    Hi there!

    Since you do not need to update WordPress on WordPress.com (we take care of all that for you), I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with us. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
