Tabs linked to website opening in new window

  Hi,

  I have created a website dannyjbent.wordpress.com and have linked my expeditions tab to the relevant websites.

  Is it possible that when I click on these tabs the websites pop up in new window? I tried entering blank_ but this disappeared when i hit save.

  The other thing is that when the drop down from ‘expeditions’ comes down there are big gaps – can I tidy this up?

  If you’ve created the tabs by using a Custom Menu, you certainly can!

  If you don’t see “Link Target” as an option in your Custom Menu item, in the Custom Menu screen click on “Screen Options” and enable “Link Target”. Then open the menu item you want to open in a new window and select “new window or tab” from the options.

  On your second question, perhaps there are a few extraneous spaces there in the page title?

  Absolutely brilliant – took me a while to find the Screen Options button but once I did I was away!! Thanks a bunch!! Brilliant.
