Tabs to Write Content Easily

  Do WordPress.com blogs have any inbuilt support for Tabs which display selectable content… Such as shown in this jQuery UI demo –

  It would be extremely helpful for people writing long posts, or different versions on the same content. Is there any in built-support to write this..? If not, what can I do…?
