Tackle the following customization issue

  · Remove the upper bar on top, and the menu bar on the side – which are the pre-set theme
  · Put company and menu over the background image
  · Preserve the functioning of our original roll-over menu
  · Turn off the underline on the hyperlink

  Are you familiar with CSS and have purchased the CSS Extra package that allows you to do such customization?
