Tag and Category Settings

    I recently changed my theme toTwenty Ten. I set up my categories and tags and very thing seemed fine. I have noticed that all tags and categories, whether they appear at the bottom of the post or as clouds on the sidebar only link toposts on the blog. I thought the sidebar clouds would direct the reader to the approriate related global tag page. Is there a default in the theme that blocks this or am I missing a setting ? My posts are showing up on the appropriate tag pages. Thanks.

    Normal behavior is that the Categories and Tags on the posts themselves either above or below them are supposed to direct to the wordpress.com global tagging pages. Normal behavior re: links in the Categories and Tags widget(s) in the sidebar are supposed to direct only to the posts in your own blog.
