Tag block worked and then did not work

    Hi,

    I am new to this site.

    I have a problem with the tag block, let me go over full thing toward it, what happen.

    I have a site with blog posts, I added tags to them.
    Then I added a tag block on my main homepage.
    First the tag block moved along the scrolling, I did not want that, so I moved it around and suddenly it got stuck. Worked perfectly!

    Then I added a category block. It did not show all the categories I had, just 2 at the time, it just showed 1.
    So I deleted that block.

    Somehow here, the tag block stooped working.
    I deleted the tag blocked and added again, nothing, empty. I have tags in my posts.
    I restarted my pc. Changed design on the page.
    Tried other browser. Did some troubleshooting with the bot here, nothing worked.

    What could had happen ? How can I get this back,
