Tag button not working in New/Edit Posts

  When I tried to add tags to my latest post they wouldn’t appear in the tag section and wouldn’t appear on the post. Suggested tags were available but when clicked on they wouldn’t associate with post. Any suggestions?

  I’ll put a modlook on this post so staff can assist. But perhaps another volunteer may have more insight into how to solve the problem.

  Just to take care of the simplest things first, have you tried to clear cache and cookies on your browser?

  Have you tried different browsers?
  Is your browser up to date?

  I did clear my cache and cookies on my browser, and it is up to date. I haven’t tried a different browser. I’ll go ahead and see what happens.

  Hi,
  It worked in Google Chrome, but I would prefer that it work in internet explorer since that is my preferred browser. Any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

  It seems that WordPress Dashboard works much better in Google Chrome, do you know why? Thank you again for your help.

  I’ve used Macs for 20 years so have little experience with IE. WordPress.com works well in FireFox, Safari, Chrome, and even Opera. Another volunteer is likely to have more information about why IE is not the “best” browser, and perhaps settings you can adjust to make it work better with WordPress. Sorry I can’t provide specifics.
