Tag Cloud, Editor and CSS

    Hi
    Tag Cloud: I ‘turned on’ the tag cloud today and it does not look correct. It is elongated with lots of spaces and the text is bold. I am the administrator and set up my blog but I cannot find, let alone access the Editor to try and sort out the problem.
    Editor: I don’t seem to be able to find it anywhere. Have searched the world for the answer but to no avail. How can I access the editor to tidy up my blog especially font issues. I understand that I can get to the CSS files using Editor but it is not under Administrator as I understand it should be.
    Any assistance would be appreciated.
    I am using the Twenty Eleven theme.
