tag cloud "exclude" option

  In the tag cloud widget, I have tried but failed to exclude some of my tags from view. The Exclude option doesn’t seem to work for me. I have tried on Chrome and Safari, clearing caches in between. Those efforts have used up all my ideas about what to try.

  Hi there,

  To exclude tags from the tag cloud widget, you’ll need to enter the tag ID — that’s actually a number rather than the name of the tag. Identifying the tag ID can be a little tricky, so I added instructions to our support page here:
