Tag Cloud Title

  I’d like to not have a title for the tag cloud?
  How can I hide the title? Leaving the title field blank adds ‘Tags’ by default.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not true on WordPress.com sites. What’s the site address (URL)? Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?
