tag cloud without tags in individual posts

  Hi everybody,

  Does anyone know how to go through your posts and create tags without those tags showing up at the top of every post? I want to have a tag cloud, but I can’t figure out how to hide the tags in the individual posts but still keep the tag cloud.

  If your theme is designed to display tags with your posts, there is no option available for you to simply remove them. You would need to use the Custom CSS Upgrade (and have appropriate knowledge of CSS) in order to hide the element which displays the tags – http://support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

  1. That blog post is 5 years old, which for all practical reasons makes it almost completely obsolete.
  2. That blog post is referring to ‘technorati tags’ and has no bearing whatsoever on wordpress.com’s tags.

  Sorry, 4 years old, but nonetheless, the issue is the same. The tags on wordpress.com are not technorati tags.
