Tag ID not shown

  Hello, I am trying to filter the tags by their ID in a footer widget, but the method to get the tag ID is not working, the URL does not have a tag ID argument for me…
  The Posts>Tag page is also different than what is shown in the help documentation here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/tag-cloud-widget/#how-to-exclude-tags

  Is there a new (and easier) method to get the tag IDs?
