Tag line on the bottom of the page

  Hi, I’m using the free wordpress.com. is there a way to delete the tag line on the bottom of the page i.e. Theme: Twenty Twelve. Blog at WordPress.com and add my own copy right tag line? thx

  Those are the credits, and you’re not allowed to remove them. You can add your own copyright notice in a Text widget in the sidebar (or the footer, if you select a theme that has footer widget areas).

  No, the terms of service explain that you MUST display those two links and that info. You can add to the footer if you have the Custom Design upgrade, but you can’t subtract from it. I suggest you just put a copyright notice in a widget instead.
