Tag not found errors

  I was checking Google webmaster tools and found that my blog has a significant number of 404 errors wrt tags.

  Here are some examples:

  tag/adopt-a-dog/facebook.com/Haatchi
  tag/wiiliam-blake-tiger-poem/www.saveourtigers.com
  tag/tiger-in-india/www.saveourtigers.com
  tag/poaching-in-india/www.saveourtigers.com
  tag/how-to-save-tiger/www.saveourtigers.com
  tag/therapy-dogs/facebook.com/Haatchi
  page/149/www.saveourtigers.com
  tag/aircel-save-tiger-campaign/www.saveourtigers.com

  Similarly some of the content is also showing 404:

  wp-content/uploads/2015/09/
  wp-content/uploads/2016/01/

  Please suggest if it is something that I may resolve without getting into coding :)
