Tag Post Results Page

    Perhaps I am not using the correct lingo trying to track down a solution, but currently, when I click on a tag link at the bottom of a post it takes me to a page that displays every post that has that tag. The issue I am trying to solve is, can this page show only a snippet/thumbnail of these posts instead of the entire content?

    So if I have 50 posts that are tagged with “taco”, when I click on that link I see all the correct results, but ALL of the content of these 50 posts on one page. I would like to view these 50 results in blocks that only consists of a thumbnail, blurb, and ‘read more’ that links to the specific post.

    Doable without having a degree in PHP?
