  How do I search for specific tags other than the ones listed? Is there a Search Engine within wordpress.com?

  No wordpress.com does not have a search engine and staff and management have made it clear that there will not be one. This can be confirmed using the forum search box.

  The two methods of search available that most of us use are
  (1) wordpress.com tag page searches
  http://wordpress.com/tags/music
  change the word “music” to any tag and you will have the link you need

  (2) Google blog search
  example music site:wordpress.com
  note the lack of space between the colon and wordpress.com
