Tag Surfer

  I’ve posted using a tag.
  The posts do not show up under Tag Surfer.
  Several bloggers appear repeatedly under that tag.
  Is there a rating system?
  How are posts selected to appear under tag surfer?

  Do all other blogger’s posts disappear into a black hole
  since there is no listing nor index nor directory for anyone
  to find them?
