Tagging and creating the website

  Hi,
  I am new to blogging and I have started creating a blog site though have not built a website and I have saved a written draft on my own creative subject. Though, do not know the next step as far as getting it out for others to read it and how do I tag them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
